Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Manage day-to-day sales operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize dealership profitability. Maintain a deep understanding of GM product lines, features, and incentive programs, ensuring the team is knowledgeable and confident in selling. Act as an expert closer with the ability to step in and finalize difficult deals. Monitor and analyze sales reports to adjust strategies and ensure optimal performance. Oversee customer relations, ensuring high levels of CSI and repeat business. Collaborate with the finance and service departments to enhance the overall dealership experience. Maintain compliance with company policies and manufacturer standards. Recruit, hire, and train sales staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales management, with a preference for GM dealership experience. Proven success in leading sales teams and achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of automotive sales processes and financing options. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Must be comfortable speaking in front of large groups. Ability to motivate and inspire a team while maintaining a positive and professional dealership environment. Previous F&I experience is a PLUS Bi-lingual is a PLUS Proficient in CRM software and DMS systems. Must have a valid Driver’s License and clean background. Benefits
