Assist in managing daily front-of-house operations to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction. Hire, supervise, and train front-of-house staff, fostering a positive team environment. Oversee shift management, ensuring adequate staffing levels and efficient workflow during peak hours. Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including beer, liquor, and wine selections, to provide informed recommendations to guests. Implement budgeting strategies to optimize operational efficiency while maintaining quality service standards. Utilize Toast POS and other restaurant management systems for order processing and inventory management. Accurately calculate the cost of goods for beer, liquor, and wine. Address customer inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally, enhancing overall guest experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication between front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Skills:

Strong background in hospitality management with proven experience in restaurant or bar environments. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests. Proficient in shift management, demonstrating leadership qualities to motivate and guide team members. Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial oversight within a restaurant setting. Experience using Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also taking initiative when necessary.
