Sales Manager
to lead the sales team at our Provo location. We’re committed to delivering an exceptional car-buying experience while building a team culture that’s high-performing, collaborative, and fun. Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to meet volume and gross profit goals
Handle internet, phone, and walk-in leads to ensure consistent follow-up and closing performance
Address and resolve customer satisfaction issues promptly and professionally
Monitor and manage new and used vehicle inventory, including aging and turn rates
Train and develop sales staff through one-on-ones, team meetings, and real-time coaching
Implement strategies to maximize front-end gross, finance penetration, and trade-in conversions
Collaborate with executive management to maintain a positive, accountable, and energetic sales floor culture
Ensure compliance with manufacturer programs, company policies, and local regulations
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of automotive sales experience (management experience preferred)
Proven leadership ability with a track record of sales performance
Strong communication, team-building, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with CRM tools, desking software, and dealership DMS systems
Must thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
