Responsibilities
Provide solutions by visiting customers at their homes or businesses and demonstrate the value of ADT’s innovative security and smart business solutions, explaining products and services in depth and recommending the right solutions. Build relationships with customers and coworkers in a dynamic, collaborative environment; deliver a great customer experience by connecting with people and exhibiting empathy. Turn curious consumers into loyal customers through strong communication and creative skills. Prioritize time effectively while adapting to competitive and customer needs. Who this role is for
A self-motivated, tech-savvy individual driven to succeed who enjoys meaningful interactions and expanding their network. Someone who is willing to put in the work to achieve outcomes and who can explain complex security and smart business solutions clearly. Unlimited earning potential with uncapped commissions; top performers earn $150K+. Training wage of up to $4,000 over the first 8 weeks of employment. Sales advisors will receive uncapped commission plus a training wage of up to $4,000 over the first 8 weeks of employment. Commissions are paid on a percentage of the products or services sold and eligible for a monthly performance bonus. Based upon performance, new sales advisors can expect to earn $85,000, while experienced sales advisors can earn over $150,000.
