Visit customers at their homes or businesses to provide solutions using ADT’s security and smart home products and services. Demonstrate the value of our solutions, explain products in depth, and recommend the right configurations to meet customer needs. Build relationships, deliver excellent customer experience, and adapt communications to individual customers while expanding the sales network. Collaborate with customers and coworkers in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Qualifications

Self-motivated, tech-savvy individual who can succeed in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills with empathy and the ability to translate technical concepts into customer-friendly terms. Willingness to put in the work and invest time to achieve results; ability to prioritize time effectively. Curiosity for new technology and adaptability to changing customer needs and competitive landscapes. What’s in it for you

Sales advisors will receive uncapped commissions plus a training wage of up to $4,000 over the first 8 weeks of employment. Commissions are paid on a percentage of the products or services sold and eligible for a monthly performance bonus. Based on performance, new sales advisors can expect to earn $85,000, while experienced sales advisors can earn over $150,000.
