Location We are seeking a passionate hospitality professional to join The Lytle Park Hotel in Cincinnati, part of the Autograph Collection.
Responsibilities
Assist the Banquets Management Team with directing day‑to‑day activities and assignments.
Oversee the Banquet Service team and ensure adherence to Lytle Park Hotel standards.
Provide guidance, instruction and follow up for Banquet House men staff on facility and equipment care.
Execute all policies with continuous improvement to quality, service and operations.
Inspect all function rooms prior to service, report discrepancies to Engineering.
Communicate with clients to ensure full guest satisfaction.
Work on special tasks as assigned by the Banquet Manager.
Qualifications
Working knowledge of Banquet operations, luxury core standards and SOPs.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
Demonstrated accuracy, attention to detail and maximum efficiency.
Ability to lead and work cohesively as part of a team.
Sound judgment and evaluation of situations using appropriate resources.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, self‑directed and motivated.
Effective communication in English, both verbal and written; second language desirable.
Experience with Microsoft Office and industry‑relevant payroll systems.
