Job Summary/Basic Functions
The Student Flight Fee Account Manager is responsible for ensuring accurate allocation of EKU Aviation professional flight student’s flight fees for the purpose of their completion of the approved flight syllabus. The Student Flight Fee Account Manager will coordinate with appropriate Aviation staff members to ensure flight fee allocation for only approved flight purposes. Additional liaison, as required, with Student Accounting and other EKU fiscal offices. Bachelor's degree from a regionally (SACS, Middle States, North Central, etc.) accredited and recognized institution and two years directly related to accounting practices and budget management is required. Prior aviation related experience preferred. Minimum Qualifications

Job Duties
25% - Reconcile Flight Schedule Pro (FSP) reservation, flight event to invoice/billing. - (Essential) 25% - Reconcile FSP accounts to students account in Banner Student module. - (Essential) 25% - Request ‘additional funds’ necessary to support students continued progress in the professional flight syllabus - (Essential) 20% - Review and validate accuracy of non-revenue flights - (Essential) 5% - Supports the office functions by completing all other duties and special projects as assigned. - (Essential) Funding Source:
