Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth. Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission. Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85k+. Job Details

As an Inside Sales Agent you will be handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders. Position Fit

16‑week training for licensed hires, 18‑week for unlicensed hires. Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1. No cold calls—only incoming warm leads. Rewards and recognition opportunities. Schedule: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day, mid‑morning start (example 11am‑8pm CST). Minimum 12 months before shift change. All computer equipment provided. Home‑work workspace with high‑speed wired internet (minimum 100 MBps download, 20 MBps upload). Satellite and mobile internet not supported. Qualifications

2‑3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years required. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales. Excellent communication for prospects and customers. Analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills. Strong typing and PC proficiency. Property & Casualty license required after hire. Benefits
