Base Pay Range $55,000.00/yr – $75,000.00/yr
Description As an Inside Sales Agent you will be handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.

Position Details
Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

No cold calls, all incoming warm leads.
Opportunities for rewards and recognition.
Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time. Example 11am‑8pm (CST). Minimum 12 months before shift change.
All computer equipment is provided. Home‑work requirements include a professional workspace with a dedicated desk and wired high‑speed internet connection (minimum 100 MBps download, 20 MBps upload). Satellite and mobile services are not supported.
Qualifications
2‑3 years sales experience preferred. 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required.
Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
Excellent analytical, decision‑making and organizational skills.
Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
Property and Casualty License required after hire.
