We are seeking a dedicated BDC Sales Representative to help support our growing Sales Department and provide exceptional customer experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is detail‑oriented, and thrives on achieving results.

Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to all internet leads.
Use scripts and workflow tools to ensure consistent and quality customer service.
Enter all customer inquiry data into our CRM system accurately and promptly.
Generate and schedule sales appointments.
Leverage lead management tools to maximize productivity.
Complete necessary reports and documentation promptly.
Maintain ethical conduct, providing top‑tier customer satisfaction, and honest interactions.
Qualifications
Prior experience in a sales-driven, process-oriented environment (inbound/outbound calls, internet leads, etc.).
Strong understanding (or willingness to learn) of automotive sales and service operations.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms and their use in customer outreach and marketing.
