Role Overview

Inside Sales Representative at Western Global – full‑time, 5% travel, located in Charlotte, NC. Base pay range $50,000–$55,000 per year, with potential for commissions and bonuses. The position reports to the Inside Sales Manager and works closely with regional managers to grow revenue and engage customers. Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and prospects in sales. Provide expert product guidance and updates to customers. Assist and manage orders from initial stages through to delivery. Develop long‑term customer relationships, ensuring high levels of service. Identify, generate, and manage sales opportunities with new and existing customers. Develop new business through proactive and creative sales activities and identifying future market opportunities. Assist Regional Sales Managers with market research to identify new customers and product applications. Carry out team administration tasks, following up on sales leads and quotations. Arrange sales meetings between clients and the Regional Sales Manager. Assist pipeline and forecasting with the RSM. Assist with follow‑up tasks, activity notes, and new client communications to keep the RSM on the road. Share technical knowledge to train colleagues and new starters. Utilize our CRM system (NetSuite) to track opportunities, coordinate quotes with other subsidiary offices, and departments. Qualifications

Confident communicator (both verbal and written). Passion for giving excellent customer service. Previous sales experience. Detail‑oriented and able to multitask. Technical proficiency with CRM and marketing automation software. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize. Professional attitude and strong work ethic. Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and services. Benefits
