Full‑time Hybrid – at least 2–5 days per week in the London, KY territory. Travel is local to schools and organizations; some out‑of‑area or overnight travel may be expected. How You Will Make An Impact
A Field Sales Professional is responsible for optimizing the full cycle sales in your assigned territory and servicing our customers. What You Will Do
Provide consultative customer service to coaches and staff across an assigned territory. Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets. Actively develop and qualify leads through cold‑calling and lead generation campaigns. Navigate the company CRM to prospect, manage accounts, and track activity. Increase sales in existing accounts by selling to all sports at all levels. Utilize data‑driven intelligence to identify new trends and opportunities. Manage your account list and travel on location within your assigned territory. Qualifications
3+ years B2B outside sales experience (preferably in sporting goods) or coaching/sports‑related background. Associate’s degree or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM; intermediate skill in data analysis. Excellent verbal and written communication, problem‑solving, organizational, and multitasking skills. Highly self‑directed, independent, and able to manage multiple priorities. Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, auto insurance, and satisfactory driving record. Physical ability to lift, bend, stand, and drive as required. Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and driving. Ability to lift up to 50 lb. Required driving every day unless approved medical exemption. Team Perks
