Overview

The Account Manager, Affiliate Marketing position is a remote, work-from-home role at Acceleration Partners. Some travel is required for client meetings, internal meetings, conferences, and other events. Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Collaborate with Account Directors and/or Senior Account Managers to cultivate strong client relationships by delivering high-quality outputs, lead discussions on partnership opportunities using data insights, and manage day-to-day campaign execution to support senior team members in maintaining client relationships. Data Analytics & Strategic Recommendations: Analyze performance data to generate actionable insights, forecast effectively to inform client decisions, and present data-driven recommendations to align client KPIs with broader business goals. Campaign & Strategic Partner Management: Nurture and manage relationships with key partners to ensure alignment with client objectives, attend industry events to build networks, and proactively propose ideas that contribute to client growth. Operational Execution & Tactical Adjustments: Execute affiliate marketing strategies across multiple accounts, monitor portfolio performance, and adjust tactics to optimize client success. Leadership, Mentorship & Team Development: Mentor Associate Account Managers, delegate tasks to promote efficiency, and support professional development across the team. Qualifications

3-5 years of online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing experience; direct affiliate marketing experience (agency, in-house, or network) is required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Ability to travel up to 20%. Proficient in Excel and comfortable analyzing data; experience with Affiliate Networks (e.g., ShareASale, Commission Junction, Impact) is a plus. What Success Looks Like

By 6 months: Supporting multiple client accounts, using data insights to optimize campaigns, and achieving client KPIs with high satisfaction. By 1 year: Taking full accountability for client programs, coaching junior team members, and maintaining high client satisfaction (Net Promoter Scores 8+). Perks & Benefits
