Responsibilities
Travel within assigned territory nearly 100% of the time.
Grow sales at existing lottery retailers by selling new products/promotions.
Monitor and oversee new retailer training and installation of new stores.
Visit retailers on a regular schedule to ensure a consistent and professional presence at every lottery retailer.
Maintain a route cycle within the Sales Wizard application and consistently record retailer visits.
Manage instant ticket inventory to maximize sales in specific retail locations and make recommendations to optimize lottery product sales.
Track and maintain adequate inventory levels of the instant ticket product at assigned retailers; coordinate transfers as necessary.
Remove closing games as directed by the lottery within the required time frame.
Deliver, install, and maintain all lottery point-of-sale materials.
Operate and train retailers to operate all lottery equipment.
Provide field training to retailers on changes and/or enhancements to lottery games and promotions.
Perform retailer terminations, change of ownerships, and other related duties as assigned.
Demonstrate the advantages of proper placement of lottery products and point-of-sale materials and equipment.
Assist with completing special projects directed by the Lottery Commission.
Assist Key Account Managers with implementation of sales programs.
Achieve targeted sales goals within assigned territory and district.
Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field
A minimum 3 years of sales experience in retail or wholesale sales
Proficiency in Word, Excel and Power Point
Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs
Good driving record required
Candidate must reside in close proximity to the territory
Spanish fluency a plus

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $48,103 - $93,716. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance. Note: programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
