About the Role We’re looking for a driven, early-career salesperson ready to take the next step from SDR to closer, eager for their first commission-based, quota-bearing sales opportunity. As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and cold outreach to running demos and closing new business. You’ll be joining a high-energy, performance-driven team where persistence, curiosity, and hustle are rewarded. What You’ll Do
Manage the entire sales process from lead generation through close Prospect daily via cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to build a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities Respond to and qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns Conduct product demos for chiropractors and office managers, clearly communicating the value of ECLIPSE Navigate small-practice buying processes, overcoming objections and guiding prospects to a decision Accurately forecast and manage pipeline activity in HubSpot Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of experience as an SDR or BDR in a SaaS or tech-driven environment Self-starter mentality — motivated, organized, and eager to close deals Strong cold calling and outbound prospecting skills — you’re comfortable with high activity and rejection Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with HubSpot CRM preferred (training available) Why Join ECLIPSE
