EcoEnclose is seeking a driven Account Executive to generate, pursue, and close high-value opportunities with sustainability-focused enterprise brands across industries like apparel, cosmetics, and nutraceuticals. In this high-impact role, you\'ll build and expand a pipeline of strategic prospects, lead discovery conversations, and drive deals to close. You\'ll champion EcoEnclose\'s innovative packaging solutions — including 100% recycled shipping mailers, seaweed polybags, and algae-printed boxes — and play a critical role in accelerating the circular packaging movement. Base pay range : $80,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr Responsibilities

Generating opportunities: develop lasting relationships with target leads, understand their business needs, and identify sales opportunities. Travel to visit key relationships in-person. Collaborate with account managers, marketing, and business development to identify and generate product-expansion opportunities within EcoEnclose’s enterprise and mid-market customers. Conduct expert discovery calls to clearly understand success requirements of opportunities. Closing new business: maintain a thorough understanding of EcoEnclose\'s solution sets, develop winning proposals, and close deals. Prioritize opportunities with purpose while managing high-intensity sales and RFP submissions. Lead presentations on the benefits and applications of EcoEnclose\'s sustainable packaging solutions, traveling to customers for high-priority proposals. Support an Account Manager to deliver closed orders on-time and error-free. Professional growth: lead weekly deal reviews, contribute to team sessions, measure performance against forecasts, and operate by EcoEnclose\'s Core Values & Beliefs. Requirements

4+ years of demonstrated success in sales, strategic growth, business development, project management in a B2B environment. Results-oriented with a proven sales track record and consistency in achieving targets. Ability to build trust with key contacts, identify problem-product fits, and drive packaging-related initiatives. Confident written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex tradeoffs and navigate stakeholder relationships. Ability to generate and execute against a complex project plan and sales processes; data-driven decision making. Ability to prioritize against a large to-do list and travel up to 2 trips per month. Long-term vision for forming relationships with brands that may take years to mature. Ambitious growth mindset and desire to contribute to EcoEnclose\'s double-digit YoY growth. Benefits
