Utilize your business acumen and the technical aptitude to help establish Amazon as a key technology platform provider. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will drive growth and shape the future of an emerging technology, focusing on revenue, adoption, and market penetration in enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate will possess both a sales and technical background to engage at CXO level as well as with software developers and IT architects. You should be a self-starter prepared to develop and execute a territory plan and consistently deliver quarterly revenue targets.
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Key job responsibilities:
Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory or industry vertical
Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets
Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan
Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services
Accelerate customer adoption
Maintain a robust sales pipeline
Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption
Manage contract negotiations
Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
Ensure customer satisfaction
Expect moderate travel
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of full sales cycle, technology sales or equivalent business development, sales engineering/consulting or equivalent experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
7+ years of tech sales experience to Enterprise customers
Experience selling to consulting and business services

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $83,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $177,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
