Overview
Senior Services Sales Executive - Healthcare at Workday. The role leads, plans, manages, and executes all Professional Services business development activities with a focus on Healthcare Financials and/or Supply Chain Management solutions. You will be a key member of the Workday Field Services team, driving Workday Subscription sales in the Healthcare market segment. You will use your experience with consulting sales and project delivery to help prospects plan a successful project, including resources, timeline, and costs. You will position Workday’s SaaS Solutions and Platform technologies as the efficient, modern alternative and apply Workday’s deployment methodology. Responsibilities
Lead, plan, manage, and execute Professional Services business development activities focused on Healthcare Financials and/or Supply Chain Management. Position Workday’s SaaS architecture and deployment methodology to prospects and customers. Develop deployment strategies and plans with customers, including resources, timelines, and costs. Engage with customers to drive Workday subscription sales within the Healthcare market segment. Present Workday Customer Services overview and conduct services discovery sessions. Build and validate Professional Services Proposals and high-level Project Plans. Cultivate relationships with Workday Service Partners. Assess project team training needs for prospects and customers. Maintain accurate prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data. Lead, negotiate, and close Professional Services Agreements, Statements of Work, and other contractual documents. Support services activities and events. Convey the benefits of a SaaS architecture to all enterprise levels. Qualifications
4+ years of healthcare provider industry experience. 4+ years of business/implementation consulting sales and/or subscription sales experience with ERP solutions, focusing on Financials and/or Supply Chain Management. 4+ years of experience with Workday and/or SaaS Financials and/or Supply Chain Management solutions. 4+ years of Healthcare Financials and/or Supply Chain Management solutions experience is required. Strong knowledge of enterprise applications, business processes, and project delivery in financials and/or supply chain management. Proven success in professional services sales, with the ability to understand client needs, communicate value, and build strong relationships. Ability to convey benefits of SaaS architectures to diverse audiences. Pay transparency: The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and other locations vary by work location and experience. This role may be eligible for a bonus plan or commissions, as well as stock grants as part of total compensation.
