Account Manager, Homecenter E-Commerce
to help us grow and lead our omni-channel business with major retail partners. What You’ll Do
As the
Account Manager for Homecenter E-Commerce , you’ll be at the forefront of shaping the online strategy for our
garden and craft brands . You’ll balance strategy and execution—overseeing assortment, promotions, forecasting, and digital shelf excellence—while collaborating closely with store account managers to ensure a seamless
omni-channel customer experience . In this role, you will: Build & Deliver Strategy
– Develop and execute annual growth plans for homecenter e-commerce, balancing short- and long-term goals. Lead E-Commerce Operations
– Manage reporting, forecasting, and P&L accountability; analyze profitability and recommend improvements. Optimize Assortment & Launches
– Establish and grow assortments in new channels, oversee timely product launches, ratings & reviews, and merchandising activations. Enhance Digital Shelf & Conversion
– Partner with marketing and media teams to deliver best-in-class online experiences that drive traffic and conversion. Leverage Insights
– Analyze performance trends, the competitive landscape, and customer data to influence business decisions and product development. Drive Marketing Partnerships
– Collaborate with internal media teams to maximize visibility through campaigns, promotions, and placement opportunities. What You Bring
Education : Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in business, marketing, or e-commerce. Experience : 7+ years in e-commerce account management or related roles, with deep knowledge of end-to-end e-commerce processes. Skills :
Strong analytical, reporting, and project management expertise. Proven leadership, organizational, and collaboration abilities. Excellent communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills. Ability to think strategically while managing details in a fast-paced environment.
