Overview In this hybrid role (on-site 3 days a week: Tuesday - Thursday), the individual will support internal and external customers, including Americas field sales and service organizations, in-house personnel, and technical/sales teams. The Sales Support Representative will assist with product recommendations, configuring/pricing systems, and processing customer orders, quotations, and returns.
Responsibilities
Research quote requests with sales reps and suggest pricing and configuration alternatives to best suit customer needs.
Process formal bid responses according to company policies.
Assist with bid specifications, legal documentation, and related processes.
Help customers with product configurations and prepare quotations and orders.
Serve as a focal point for special projects and training.
Guide junior staff members and support management with reporting, metrics, and workload management.
Update ISO work instructions and collaborate with Contracts Administration on legal issues.
Qualifications
Associate's degree or high school diploma with 3 years supporting sales orders/quotations/returns.
3-5 years supporting a sales organization, preferably with SalesForce in a medical, biotech, or high-tech environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Ability to understand Purchase Order Terms and Conditions.
