We are hiring for a Territory Sales Executive (TSE) in New Hampshire, Maine and the Northeastern tip of Massachusetts. As a Territory Sales Executive, you are responsible for selling CVS Specialty pharmacy services to key targeted specialty physicians offices, medical clinics, hospitals, and academic institutions. You will support the Oncology, IVIg, Autoimmune, Pulmonary Hypertension, IPF, Alpha 1, and HAE disease states. This position will be the primary contact for respective providers within the assigned territory. Specialty Pharmacy is CVS Health’s fastest growing business segment, presenting an excellent opportunity to join CVS Health. You will work independently to promote and sell our comprehensive range of services and solutions, supporting the dispensing of complex, high-cost medications for rare or chronic conditions to healthcare providers, clinics, and other key stakeholders. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, educating healthcare professionals, managing a territory, resolving customer issues and building strong relationships with key accounts/contacts and internal teams to meet sales goals and ensure proper medication management for specialty patients. Your success is measured through percent-to-sales-goal metrics, internal and external client satisfaction and other key performance indicators. This is a highly visible role where you can own your success and drive CVS Specialty’s business forward. Candidates should be flexible for travel up to 50% as this is a road warrior position with significant windshield time. The territory covers New Hampshire, Maine and Northeastern Massachusetts. Develop sales strategies and educate healthcare professionals in targeted accounts Manage a designated territory and build relationships with key accounts/contacts and internal teams Promote CVS Specialty pharmacy services for oncology, IVIg, autoimmune, pulmonary hypertension, IPF, Alpha 1, and HAE disease states Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to growth of CVS Specialty’s business Travel up to 50% as required Qualifications
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or specialty pharmacy sales Must possess a valid and current driver’s license Must possess a personal vehicle reliable enough for travel Travel up to 50% as this is a road warrior position with significant windshield time Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling infused and injectable products in complex disease states Familiar with buy-and-bill and medical + pharmacy billing Home nursing knowledge Hospital or specialty division experience in pharmaceutical sales Experience in complex disease states is beneficial Education
Bachelor's Degree Or Equivalent Experience Required. Anticipated Weekly Hours

Full time Pay Range
The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $75,500.00 - $158,304.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. Benefits
