Financial and Performance Management:
Understand key financial drivers, ensure the department meets or exceeds sales goals, and maintain an accurate inventory to meet customer needs and achieve financial success Customer and Team Excellence:
Enhance customer satisfaction through effective service, resolve issues, and ensure high standards of staff training and performance Department Leadership:
