Regional Sales Manager – Great Lakes Region
Overview Unilever Food Solutions (UFS) is the second largest business unit of Unilever, operating in over 76 countries with a global market leadership in Food Service. UFS serves chefs and operators with a B2B model focused on innovative solutions, AI‑powered customer experience and a culture of entrepreneurship. The Regional Sales Manager will lead the UFS CD resources within the Great Lakes Region to achieve growth targets by guiding the team to leverage quarterly operator and distributor initiatives to grow with existing restaurant operators and expand reach to new restaurant operators.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach and develop a highly‑effective Customer Development team.
Execute UFS Annual Operating Plan and quarterly initiatives to deliver business growth targets (turnover, reach, penetration).
Manage independent operators, restaurant chains and trade partners through a contact‑matrix and joint business planning.
Collaborate with distributors to accelerate market growth through training, marketing programs and digital engagement.
Drive digital, data and eCom initiatives – including UFS digital tools, eCommerce platforms and data‑driven campaigns.
Maintain and deepen relationships with key tier‑2 and tier‑3 distributors and cabinet partners.
Ensure execution of trade marketing initiatives, sales enablement, and KPI tracking for sell‑out, reach and digital metrics.
Qualifications
6+ years of sales experience in the foodservice industry.
Strong understanding of B2B foodservice customer segmentation and sales channels.
Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and execute large‑scale commercial plans.
Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
Proficiency with digital and marketing platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, eCommerce).

Pay range: $99,760 – $149,640 annually (USD), with bonus and LTI eligibility.
