What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and execute strategies for identified strategic projects in public safety Lead internal teams and drive business results while resolving critical project issues Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers, including government officials Maintain customer intelligence data in the CRM system and accurately forecast project orders and revenue Monitor competition and technology disruptors impacting the territory What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of sales/public safety experience or 8 years of sales/public safety experience Proven track record of sales performance within a technology environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce/related CRM Willingness to travel over 50% Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
5+ years of documented sales performance experience Creative and strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects Understanding of public safety domain and competitive landscape Experience working with C-Level executives Ability to quickly learn Salesforce as a project reporting tool We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
