multi-year landscape maintenance contracts
to
existing
(commercial property)
clients
throughout Maryland — helping businesses keep their outdoor environments safe, beautiful, and functional year-round. Prospect and build relationships with decision-makers Conduct presentations and negotiate contracts Manage your full sales cycle—from discovery to close Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions What You Bring: 3–5 years of face-to-face sales experience (service or facilities contracts a plus) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills Self-motivated, results-driven, and CRM-proficient (Salesforce experience preferred) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience What You Enjoy: Company vehicle + fuel card
