Shift Requirement
The hours for this position are from 11am – 9pm. Team members must be available to work 7 days a week with days off rotating between weekdays and weekend days.
Compensation & Pay Competitive starting hourly rate of $22/hr with growth opportunities based on performance. Below is the pay progression:
Pay Range: $22 – $24 hourly
Starting Pay: $22/hr
At 3 months: $22.50/hr
At 6 months: $23/hr
In your first year, you can progress from $22/hr to $24/hr through our performance‑based Careers Not Jobs program, with a $0.50 increase every 90 days. Market Operations may offer additional incentive programs.

About The Role We’re looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and self‑motivated team players with at least 2 years of customer‑facing experience to deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors, frequently load/unload vehicles, complete customer paperwork, maintain a clean driving record, and meet state‑specific licensing requirements within specified timeframes.
Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using custom car haulers (commercial license not required).
Load/unload vehicles onto haulers and inspect haulers for safe operation.
Complete customer paperwork and record notes in tracking system.
Maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
Obtain and maintain required notary or specialty licenses within 90 days/first weeks, as applicable.
Responsibilities
Deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors with a custom car hauler.
Frequently load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and regularly inspect the hauler for safe operation.
Complete customer paperwork and include thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
Consistently drive safe and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of customer‑facing experience.
Physical ability to detail vehicles and load/unload haulers in indoor and outdoor conditions.
Walk/stand and sustain physical activity for 8+ hours.
Read, write, speak, and understand English.
Excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity; reasonable accommodations may be granted.
General Qualifications & Requirements
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks like detailing vehicles and loading/unloading vehicles onto haulers in indoor and outdoor conditions with exposure to inclement/extreme weather.
Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods of time (8+ hours).
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
Requires high and low levels of movement with the ability to reach with arms, twist, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, and squat.
Requires grasping, carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling of items of 50 lbs.
Frequent driving requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity; reasonable accommodations may be granted.
