What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Research and identify potential school and district partners through various outreach methods
Qualify leads by understanding the needs and interests of prospects for hosting Book Fairs
Establish and maintain relationships with educators and administrators to promote literacy
Track interactions and progress towards sales goals in the CRM system
Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve lead generation efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of three (3) years of successful sales experience in retail, event management, or customer service
Proficiency in MS Office software and experience with CRM or sales automation tools
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with children’s literature, Book Fairs, and school activities
Proven leadership abilities and qualities in previous roles
Experience in marketing and merchandising strategy execution
