The primary function of the Outside Sales Representative (OSR) is to generate profitable sales from the rental of the Pump & Power division’s fleet of equipment, specifically Large Generators, Air Compressors, Temperature Control, and Desiccant Dehumidifiers.
Responsibilities
Generate profitable sales from the Pump & Power division’s rental fleet (Large Generators, Air Compressors, Temperature Control, Desiccant Dehumidifiers). Develop a career track and leverage current skills in a challenging role. Work with an incredible team of people in a fast‑growing rental business. Engage with Commercial market customers who use equipment for short‑ or long‑term projects (e.g., Sand Blasting, Industrial Coating, Painting, Power Plants, etc.).
Qualifications
B2B direct sales AND/OR project management experience within the equipment industry required. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Power generation and testing equipment background highly desirable. Strong project management, new business development and customer retention skills; ability to give presentations and business reviews to management.
Physical Demands and EEO

Compensation and Benefits
Base Pay Range: $40,000.00 - 67,761.00 Total compensation package includes base pay, company vehicle, and robust commission plan. Starting rate of pay may vary based on position, location, education, training, and/or experience. Benefits include: Health, Dental and Vision plans; 401(k) Match; Volunteer time off; Short‑term and long‑term disability; Life insurance and flexible spending options; Tuition Reimbursement; Employee Assistance Program; Length of Service Awards.
