Summary Martin Fastening Solutions is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join our team in Jackson, TN. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in industrial sales and a strong track record of building customer relationships. This role involves driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and providing exceptional service to key accounts.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts

Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Meet and exceed sales targets

Provide exceptional customer service and support

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Conduct regular account reviews and identify areas for improvement

Identify and communicate opportunities for Martin Fasteners' offerings that align with the customer's business objectives and initiatives

Provide pre- and post-sales support through answering inquiries and troubleshooting process issues that jeopardize order fulfillment/customer satisfaction

Effectively communicate technical problems and opportunities to all levels of the organization

Meet sales goals by networking with the internal industrial sales team to create new opportunities for revenue growth while maintaining and growing the existing customer base

Develop large package pricing quotations based on market conditions and profit expectations

Qualifications

Experience in OEM fasteners and components preferred

3-5 years of industrial sales experience (preferred)

Possess strong business acumen, customer service skills, problem solving, and analytical skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Must be detail oriented with strong relationship building skills

Must be able to pass the driving record portion of the background check

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Results-driven and able to manage multiple priorities

Familiarity with fastener or manufacturing industries a plus

Ability to travel as required
