Pay Details Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr
Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth. Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission. Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85k+.
Job Details The Inside Sales Agent handles inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on insurance needs and matching coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.
Responsibilities
Consult with customers on their insurance needs and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
Represent the Liberty brand, connect customers to the right products.
Work remotely from the office or home, adapt to schedules.
Follow a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, mid-morning start time (e.g., 11am-8pm CST).
Maintain a professional workspace and high-speed internet connection (minimum 100 MBps download, 20 MBps upload).
Participate in 16 weeks of paid training for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
Qualifications
2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years service-related experience required.
Strong engagement and persuasion skills to close sales.
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Property and Casualty Insurance License; training will be provided if not held.
Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
