Overview
Inbound Remote Sales Representative at Liberty Mutual Insurance. Handles inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders. Pay and Schedule
Base pay range : $55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr. Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth. Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission. Top performing agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85k+. Position requires availability to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time (example 11am-8pm CST). This schedule is expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift. All computer equipment is provided; remote work requires a professional workspace with wired high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet are not supported. Responsibilities

Provide paid training in a remote work environment; licensing is included in training for those without a Property & Casualty Insurance license. Work within Liberty Mutual’s Contact Center Sales Organization to support customers and drive sales. Utilize a home-based setup to ensure reliable service delivery and customer satisfaction. 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required. Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills to close sales; ability to communicate well with prospects and customers. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills; strong typing and PC proficiency. Property and Casualty License required after hire (licensed hires may begin with training; unlicensed hires include licensing during training). Position Details
