About the Role As a Sales Advisor, you’ll provide excellent customer service, welcome and guide customers through the store to actively sell our products, and offer support and guidance. Use your fashion and product knowledge to give customers the information they need for the best experience. You’ll also work on garment refill and care, presentation, and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, collaborating with your store team to deliver an excellent customer experience. Provide excellent customer service: welcome and guide customers through the store and the OMNI experience where available, supporting direct customer service Engage with customers to provide outstanding service Guide customers through fashion trends, stories and products in all store areas Promote and sell products effectively Promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team General Information

Keep up-to-date with fashion scene, trends, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers Use fashion and product knowledge to share relevant information with customers Team & Development
Share service, fashion and store operations knowledge with colleagues Follow all procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all areas of the store Give and receive feedback with colleagues to learn, develop and support each other Participate in onboarding, introductions and trainings relevant for your role and future development Retail Operations / Visual & Commercial Execution
Complete the garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and garment care Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas according to best practices and processes Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house (including stockrooms) Assist with garment presentation, execution and attractive merchandise displays in line with visual & commercial guidelines Maintain good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor Follow best practices for in-store OMNI services and in-store tech tools (Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store) Assist with opening and closing of the store Follow all health and safety guidelines and legal responsibilities Qualifications – Who You Are
