About the Role

As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through your store to actively sell our products and provide customers with support and guidance. You’ll use your fashion and product knowledge to provide our customers with all the relevant information they need for the best experience. You’ll also work on garment refill and care, presentation, and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, working closely with the rest of your store team to deliver an excellent customer experience. Customer Sales & Profit Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers through the store and the omni experience where available, supporting them with direct customer service Engage with customers to provide excellent service Guide customers through our fashion trends, stories and products in all areas of the store Promote and sell our products to customers Actively promote our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team General Information

Keep up-to-date with fashion, trends, styles, products, competitors, and relevant influencers Share relevant information with customers using your product and fashion knowledge Team & Development

Share service, fashion and store operations knowledge with colleagues Follow procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all areas of the store Give and receive feedback with colleagues to learn and develop Participate in onboarding, introductions, trainings and courses relevant for your role and future development Retail Operations / Visual & Commercial Execution

Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and garment care Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas according to best practices and processes Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house (including stockrooms) Assist with garment presentation and maintain attractive merchandise displays aligned with visual and commercial guidelines Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor Follow best practices for in-store omni services and tech tools Support with opening and closing of the store Follow all health and safety guidelines and legal requirements relevant to the role Qualifications
