For this role, we look for individuals to be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Primary Responsibilities
Manage a geographical territory, executing the full sales strategy from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, revenue growth, to contract negotiation and customer retention. Respond promptly to inbound leads and requests. Be familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Develop new business and acquire clients by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Educate them on how EquipmentShare can save money, increase revenue, and improve operational efficiency. Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction with our service and support. Keep customers informed about new solutions that can benefit their business. Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints. Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers. Develop new sales strategies to increase market share and enhance customer experience. Skills & Qualifications
Tenacious, innovative, with a proven track record in outside sales. Knowledge of heavy construction equipment or industry experience (rental or construction) preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Technical aptitude to adapt quickly and stay updated on EquipmentShare products and services.
