For this role, we look for individuals responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.

Primary Responsibilities

Territory management of a geographical area, responsible for the full sales strategy execution from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue growth, through contract negotiation and customer retention.

Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests; familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

Develop new business and acquire clients by expanding our existing customer base, building relationships with contractors and construction company principals, and educating them on how EquipmentShare can help save money, increase revenue, and operate more efficiently.

Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and keep them informed about new solutions to improve their business.

Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, or complaints; conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.

Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and enhance customer experience.

Skills & Qualifications

Tenacious, innovative, with proven outside sales experience and a successful sales track record.

Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge (rental or construction) with B2B sales experience preferred, but not required.

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Technical aptitude to adapt to a fast-paced, growing company and stay updated on EquipmentShare products and services.

Competitive, self-motivated, results-driven, and team-oriented.

Ability to manage strategic and national accounts.
