Store Associate at CVS Health. Retail Store Associates play a meaningful role within the CVS Health family, helping us shape the future of health care for people, businesses, and communities. You will work in a leading retail setting, independently or as part of a team, to positively impact customers' health and everyday needs. Responsibilities
Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion, and proactively resolving service issues. Greet customers warmly, maintain eye contact, and assist with locating items. Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions in line with company policies. Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and completing inventory tasks as directed. Support opening and closing store activities as needed. Provide customer support to all departments (including photo and beauty), ensuring departments are stocked and updated with current services and tools. Assist pharmacy personnel when needed, including opportunities for growth and development within the pharmacy. Advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs that support healthy living. Required Qualifications
At least 16 years of age. Physical Requirements
Remain upright on the feet for sustained periods; lift up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and move objects as needed. Visual acuity sufficient for computer use, reading, and inspection of small parts/details. Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in retail or customer service. Education
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Work Schedule
Anticipated weekly hours: 29 Time Type: Part-time Compensation
Pay Range: $16.50 - $22.00 per hour. The actual offer depends on experience, education, geography, and other factors. Benefits
