The Senior Account Manager’s
primary role is to lead and manage some of Mosaic’s key experiential accounts with multiple events throughout the year. They are a strategic practitioner with excellent communication skills and the ability to focus clients and internal team members on the right effort. The Senior Account Manager will manage the day-to-day internal team and client relationships, oversee the creative development, production planning and financials of all events under their assigned portfolio. The Senior Account Manager fosters a climate of respect and collaboration internally and externally. A passion for delivering experiential events, driving business and leading the team, and making positive change, the Senior Account Manager is hands-on, laser focused on results and can produce flawlessly. Responsibilities
Be the go-to, day-to-day client lead for your clients – when they need anything, they will think of you (primarily for marketing needs) Develop ongoing partnerships with clients, internal cross-functional teams and vendors Be seen as a credible voice on behalf of the agency and as a dynamic champion of our work Mentor and develop junior team members – whether they report to you or not – and be the example for them to aspire to Be the champion of extraordinary work and agency culture – by providing inspiration, leadership and expertise in Mosaic’s agency offerings Manage the profitability of work – be cost-conscious of account expenses and alert to opportunities for growth in other project assignments Be a good internal partner – know when to ask for help from cross-functional agency counterparts Qualifications
Experience working across a variety of client business and with an array of cross-functional agency units 7+ year track record of success and increasing responsibility in an agency or client environment Understanding of integrated experiential marketing with focus on large and small-scale initiatives such as B2B, sampling, retail, tours, and other event marketing Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Comfortable with budgeting and proposal development to sell ideas to the client A passion for understanding client business challenges and rallying internal teams to help solve Curiosity and strategic thinking applied to creative solutions Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on time and on budget Self-awareness, confidence to advocate for ideas, and accountability when things don\'t go as planned Excellent problem-solving, time management and attention to detail About Us
