Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

We are seeking a Development Manager to oversee property development projects from inception to completion in Miami. This role requires a professional with a strong understanding of construction processes and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

Description

Manage property development projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to align on project objectives.

Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for approval.

Coordinate with local authorities to secure necessary permits and approvals.

Identify and address risks or issues that could impact project success.

Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Profile

A successful Development Manager should have:
