Qualifications
Certificate in culinary arts or a related field preferred.
Minimum of two years' experience in fine dining food as a Line Cook or relevant role.
Strong understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen processes.
Creative flair and attention to detail in food presentation.
Knowledgeable about sanitation principles, food preparation, and nutrition.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
