The Bureau of Marijuana Licensing (BML) Adult-Use and Medical Marijuana Programs are major statewide programs that have a significant public, agency, and financial impact. These programs involve complex and technical program guidelines and regulations. The Education/Reports/System Manager for the Bureau of Marijuana Licensing is a subject matter expert with extensive knowledge of the division's business and information technology systems. The incumbent will ensure that the Bureau operates in compliance with Adult-Use and Medical Marijuana rules and statutes. The position functions as a highly skilled Health Program Manager in the development and management of electronic data systems, complex data reports, and education of BML staff and customers. The role includes developing program and financial reports, providing training and presentations, developing/implementing action plans, and managing advisory councils related to the program. The incumbent will interpret rules, provide consultation, and participate in rule making to ensure compliance and accountability.
