Job Summary This fast‑paced program touches every aspect of the business unit. In this role, you will acquire industry knowledge, skills and resources to develop relationships and drive results. The program is designed to be completed in 18–24 months, and may be finished in as little as 12 months. You will support location and regional management with operational and administrative tasks. Structured work weeks, rotational Saturday, competitive pay, overtime, and a full benefits package including 401(k) match and RyderShares discount are included.
Essential Functions
Handle inbound calls and outbound solicitation.
Maintain current and accurate data within the company’s marketing database.
Generate rental, lease, and used vehicle sales leads.
Manage all rental asset processes including vehicle PM and cleanliness standards.
Execute sales and marketing initiatives to achieve overall Ryder market share.
Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations.
Reconcile customer concerns, issues, and disputes to maintain and grow the customer base.
Additional Responsibilities
Serve as an On‑Call Representative on a voluntary basis as scheduling allows.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
One year or more of customer service with issue resolution experience (preferred).
Intermediate computer literacy.
Compensation and Benefits Pay Type:
Salaried
Minimum Pay Range:
$53K
Maximum Pay Range:
$55K
