Semiconductor Process Engineer
with a focus on
electrical device characterization
— a crucial component in the development of high-performance memory systems. You’ll lead efforts to characterize CMOS-based and novel nanodevices for DRAM, NAND, and storage-class memory. From probing wafers with cutting-edge tools to analyzing electrical data with Python, you’ll work across global teams to validate and scale the next generation of memory. Develop and deploy new
electrical test methods
for memory and logic devices Automate data collection using
Python, C/C++, and Unix/Linux
environments Operate and maintain advanced instrumentation (SMUs, LCR meters, waveform generators) Analyze test results and define
best-known methods
for nanodevice evaluation Collaborate with teams across
process integration ,
product engineering , and
quality Lead test campaigns, perform root cause analysis, and contribute to process improvement Who This Role is For
