This role involves overseeing, directing and executing engineering designs (civil, electrical, mechanical) and permitting efforts for a range of energy sector projects overseeing a team. Roles & Responsibilities

Position is remote with travel up to 30% of the year visiting our Waukesha office and sites. The Candidate
Required Skills 8+ years of experience within renewable energy sector Professional Engineering licensure Deep understanding of permitting process, interconnection requirements, and renewable energy systems design Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, external partners, and multiple complex projects simultaneously Understanding of business objectives, financial management and market dynamics.
Preferred Skills Collaborative and supportive personal communication style Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Build and mentor team of high performing technical people Cultivate a culture of execution, accountability, and continuous improvement
