HVAC Trades Manager
who’s ready to take ownership of our residential HVAC operations across South Jersey. What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage a team of HVAC technicians and apprentices Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and job assignments Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer service Provide technical support and training to field staff Collaborate with plumbing and electrical departments for cross-trade projects Monitor inventory, tools, and fleet maintenance Uphold safety standards and compliance with local codes What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in residential HVAC service and installation Strong leadership and team-building skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with South Jersey residential market is a plus Why Join Fante’s?
