Pacific Coast Hospitality is seeking a
Restaurant, Bakery & Retail General Manager for our exciting new client in Portland OR., an employee-owned company with a special camaraderie, they watch out for one another and for the company, working to uphold the values, integrity and principals at the root of this successful organization. They specialize in whole grain ingredients and use locally sourced meats and produce to create their fresh daily breakfast and lunch menu offerings. Guests can also purchase their fresh baked bread and goodies, as well as a full assortment of their whole grain and natural foods. Requirements Ideal candidate will have the following: Minimum 5 years in BOTH restaurant AND retail leadership experience an absolute must! Bachelor’s degree is preferred Excel in providing strong leadership, establishing and maintaining excellent quality of operations Proven track record of delivering financial results and developing a strong team Experience with rebranding and repositioning an established brand Experience in product ordering and team member scheduling Strong honesty, integrity and guest-oriented philosophy Salary Range & Benefits EXCELLENT COMPENSATION PACKAGE AND QUALITY OF LIFE Starting salary $50k to $70k depending upon experience Schedule is Monday – Friday days!
