Position Summary...
Drives sales in the Vision Center by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, including accurate and competitive pricing, proper signing, and maintaining in-stock inventory levels. Responsible for budgeting, forecasting sales, and assessing economic trends and community needs. Models and enforces customer service techniques, providing guidance to Associates to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution within company standards. Oversees community outreach programs and ensures compliance with legal and company policies, including asset protection and safety controls. Develops and implements performance improvement plans and strategic initiatives, ensuring confidentiality of records. Provides supervision and development opportunities for Associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and recognition, fostering a workplace of belonging. Ensures the provision of quality eyewear by consulting with and educating customers, selecting products based on needs, and maintaining optical equipment.
