Middle Product Owner
to join our team. Key Responsibilities
Product ownership: Own the full lifecycle of your product area from ideation to delivery and iteration. Discovery and strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to define product goals aligned with company OKRs and market needs. Roadmap planning: Maintain and prioritize a clear product backlog; contribute to roadmap updates and quarterly planning. Execution: Work closely with engineering and design teams (in-house and third-party) to scope, develop, and release features on time and at quality. A/B Testing and experimentation: Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses, optimize features, and drive data-informed decisions. Analytics: Monitor key metrics (conversion, retention, LTV, etc.), identify infights and optimize product performance. Cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, compliance, customer support, and regional teams to ensure successful feature launches. Documentation: Ensure product specs, release notes, and feature documentation are always up-to-date and accessible. Requirements
4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in iGaming, fintech, mobile apps, or customer tech. Strong understanding of user behavior, data analysis, and A/B testing. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and product analytics platforms (Amplitude, GA, Tableau, etc.). Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written). Ability to handle complexity across multi-GEO product setups. Strong problem-solving skills and a bias toward action.
