Associate Procurement Agent**Company:**The Boeing Company**Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is looking for an **Associate Procureme****nt Agent** **to join our Systems Operations team in Everett, Washington.** This is an onsite position.We are looking for qualified candidates with a supply chain background who are ready to manage suppliers throughout the world. As an Operations Procurement Agent, you will manage complex work packages in a fast paced and multifaceted environment.You will be joining a team dedicated to creating a culture focused on empowerment, accountability and trust, with a dynamic work statement that provides an environment to learn quickly and develop skills to carry you through your career at Boeing. As part of this team you will have the opportunity to work with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver world class products in support of our airline customers and the flying public.**Position Responsibilities:*** Prepare and validate reports on data to measure affordability performance-to-plan indicators and present to stakeholders (Program, Finance, Supply Chain Operations leadership).* Analyze and track supplier capacity and metrics at the industry level to provide strategic input on risks.* Ensure successful integration and support of Supplier Management and Program Initiatives.* Develop strong relationships with suppliers, customers, internal stakeholders, and peers, including the ability to gain rapport and engage with internal and external executives.* Develop and implement strategies related to Supply Chain Affordability.* Document and participate in implementation of lean improvements.* Identify risks and lead cross functional teams to develop and manage mitigation strategies to support successful execution of Program Affordability Initiatives.* Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.* Review procurement/planning systems to verify accuracy.* Review schedules, create plans and/or policies for execution of affordability initiatives.* Act as Liaison to Core Supply Chain Operations team to communicate and advocate for Program affordability needs and initiative**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):*** 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management* 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):*** 3+ years of experience drafting contracts or legal documents.* 3+ years of experience creating and developing strategy plans.* 3+ years of experience developing proposals or contracts.* 3+ years of experience working in Procurement and/or Contract Administration roles.* Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed **(Less than 10% may be required)**Target Pay Summary: $68,500-$80,000**Language Requirements:**Not Applicable**Education:**Not Applicable**Relocation:**Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.**Export Control Requirement:**This is not an Export Control position.**Safety Sensitive:**This is not a Safety Sensitive Position.**Security Clearance:**This position does not require a Security Clearance.**Visa Sponsorship:**Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.**Contingent Upon Award Program**This position is not contingent upon program award**Shift:**Shift 1 (United States of America)**Stay safe from recruitment fraud!
