We are seeking a
Senior Procurement Agent
to join the
Supply Chain Propulsion
team in
Everett, WA .
As an integral member of the SC Propulsion team, you will work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment, solving complex problems and working directly with OEMs and their sub‑tiers. You will interface with Program Leaders, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and many other stakeholders. This role blends strategic thinking with on‑the‑ground execution, enabling the organization to effectively achieve and maintain recovery action plans.
Position Responsibilities
Provide oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.
Interpret and enforce contract terms and conditions.
Consult with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues.
Lead supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities.
Participate on supply chain process improvement teams and identify improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies.
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management.
3+ years of experience interacting with customers (both internal and external) at all levels.
5+ years of experience in Microsoft Office Applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed (up to 15% of the time).
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field.
3+ years of experience in Manufacturing.
5+ years of experience in the deployment and administration of policies, procedures, and processes.
5+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes.
