KC Facilities Field Services Manager

In the role of KC Facilities Field Services Manager, we'll count on you to:
Take responsibility for operations of production section consisting of construction managers, resident engineers, resident project representatives, inspectors, office contract administration staff, and other technical staff involved in the construction oversight of various projects.
Function as Project Manager and take responsibility for production on projects in addition to management responsibilities
Coordinate with the KS/MO Area Field Services Manager, the department, and respective section managers to maximize field services provided to HDR clients.
Be involved in marketing planning, proposals and interviews
Be directly involved with industrial and public clients in marketing, project production and related issues
Plan, organize, control and evaluate all work through proactive project management system
Implement, monitor and support company policy
Select, train, develop and manage technical personnel
Manage and develop multidiscipline teams
Work cooperatively with National Directors and marketing staff in local and national marketing and production efforts
Projects may include Building Engineering Services, Hospitals, Data Centers, Civil Infrastructure, and water/wastewater facilities.
Perform other duties as needed
This position requires successfully passing drug-screening procedures prior to being hired; thereafter subject to random and cause drug and alcohol testing
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
BS in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline is preferred.
Construction or Design Certifications is a plus.
Building Engineer Services, Facilities, Water/Wastewater Certifications and Experience
Other Certifications are a bonus with other market sectors including Transportation.
Experience in alternative delivery construction is a plus.
Preference given to local candidates.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
A minimum of 10 years experience
Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role
Strong communication and listening skills
Ability to handle multiple assignments
Good leadership and organizational skills
